**Cost for attending the meeting without presenting a paper.  All other rights identical  to full fee (reserved to delegates from public administrations and companies)

Free registration for participants with grants.

The cost of a full delegate and student registration includes one conference bag, one copy of the abstract proceedings, one copy of the full paper proceedings with ISBN, 4 lunches during the days of the conferences (22-25, September), all coffee breaks, the entrance to all sessions and the right to give maximum 1 oral and 1 poster presentations. Any additional presentation by the same author will be accepted only after the payment of a supplementary cover of 100 euros per presentation.

Cancellations:

The written cancellations received no later than August 1st, 2008 will be refunded, but a 20% of the total amount paid shall be retained for administrative expenses. For cancellations received beyond that deadline, no reimbursements will be provided. However, another delegate from the same company or institution may participate on condition that the organisers receive written notification no later than August 31st .
