Authors can choose to present their papers in oral or poster sessions, but last decision will be from the Scientific Committee. The results of the review
process are: accepted as oral, accepted as poster or rejected.

  standard fee.
Authors submitting abstracts for posters should be aware that there could be formal poster sessions at the Congress.
All authors must be registered by July 15, 2016 to be included in the program and for their full papers to be reviewed for publication in the proceedings.
Deadline for submission of full papers is September 27, 2016.

Abstract submission.

Go to the Abstract Submission to submit your work
The uploading page has two parts:

          1. Completion of the web-based form on the conference website including title, authors (first author, contact author, other authors), affiliation,
address, email, and preferred conference theme and topics.

            2. Upload the abstract describing the results in more detail (up to two pages) as an unprotected pdf-file using the template to the conference
website. The tittle must be in capital letters. The abstract must be anonymous. Do not give any details (such as author names or affiliation)
in the abstract that would reveal your identity.
Download instructions for abstract and use the document as a template:

EuroSun2016_Abstract_Instructions(template).doc

Non-standard abbreviations must be written in full when first used.
Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors. No proof reading will be done, although some corrections
may be requested by the reviewers.
Note: Failure to observe these guidelines may result in rejection.

Review process and publication.

Abstracts will be reviewed by three designated theme Scientific Committee members. The reviewers will not have access to submitting author or
co-authors’ details (blind-review) and will therefore not know the origins of the abstract to promote impartiality.
Authors will start to receive notification via e-mail regarding acceptance of abstracts on June 1, 2016. The final date to receive notifications is June 30,
  2016.
Acceptance of papers for oral or poster presentation will be based on submitted abstracts. All authors, whose abstracts have been accepted, will be
informed that they must register to participate in order to be included in the program and for their paper to be published in the proceedings.
When the review process of the papers is finished, all reviewed papers that have been accepted will be assigned a DOI and will be integrated into the
online ISES Conference Proceedings Database under the title “ISES EuroSun 2016 Proceedings”.
A selection of highest quality papers from each theme will be submitted to Solar Energy, the official ISES scientific journal. All papers submitted to the
Solar Energy journal will undergo a rigorous review process. All paper which progress to publication will include a footnote alerting readers that this paper was originally presented at the ISES EuroSun Conference 2016.
By submitting an abstract, the authors understand that, if selected, one or more of the authors will personally present the paper or poster at the
Congress and that such authors must register and pay the registration fee by 15 August 2016. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the final Congress program. Only full papers of authors who attend the Congress will be reviewed and published in the final proceedings, or considered for publication in Solar Energy.
Authors should be aware that accepted papers and posters may be organized in various ways during the Congress.

Modification and withdrawal of submitted abstract(s).

Before the deadline (Abstract submission close: April 7, 2016), you can review or modify your abstract in your own account.
Please note that no corrections are possible after the submission deadline.
If you need to withdraw your abstract, a written statement reflecting the reasons for decision must be sent to EuroSun 2016 Secretariat (uibcongres@fueib.org).
