The Logical Form in the Second Language An Investigation into Quantification in the Japanese-English interlanguage

The purpose of this paper is to present the complex semantics hypothesis which proposes a solution to the order and direction of difficulty by investigating semantic mismatchs that hold at the logical form levels. The languages of investigation are English and Japanese.
